Jim Drager is the chief executive officer of The Drager Group. The Drager Group is a highly regarded consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, management consulting, outsourced executive services, public relations and marketing. The Drager Group serves clients on a regional and national basis, including for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Industries and organizations served include manufacturing, distribution, service, human service and conservation. His general experience includes over 25 years in executive management (with awards and commendation), board structure and development, strategic leadership, and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kutztown University, Kutztown, Pa.
Personal
Jim's is very active in community service organizations including Greater Reading Young Professionals, Junior Achievement of Greater Reading and the Lehigh Valley, Berks Women in Crisis, The Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern PA, Berks County Conservancy, Berks Soccer Academy, Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue and others. Jim is the immediate past president of the board of directors of the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art, Millersburg, Pa., and an avid sportsman with a life long interest in the outdoors, nature and conservation. He is a nationally recognized judge; author and competitor in AKC retriever field trials and hunt tests. He is also the presenter of seminars on competing with Golden Retrievers.
